Kärcher has opened special demo-site for demonstrating industrial solutions to clients. Here will be held elaboration, partial mounting and demonstration of self-service washing systems, tank cleaning systems, industrial vacuums and ultra-high-pressure cleaners. This site is an important demonstration facility not only for Russian clients, but also for the CIS countries clients. Such a project is the first one for Kärcher outside Germany.
Within the demonstration site company’s specialists have opportunities for design and partial mounting of specific plants based on concern-produced components and also for demonstrating them in action. Previously assembly and set-up had to be carried out on the customer’s territory which required longer periods of time and often caused problems with manufacturing process. Moreover, there is a service area on-site designed for demonstration, repair work and training. Qualified experts can quickly adapt or fix any unit by means of special tools and spare parts so that they meet the individual requirements and fit customer’s non-standard projects. Quality service is an imperative for development of the industrial cleaning industry.
Demo-site will be used for a test operation of the equipment. Every single unit will be offered to the client only after being successfully tested on-site. This is especially important for self-service washing systems which are based on compatible components but designed in accordance with individual projects.
